Cole Sanders leads Sanders Golf with extensive hands-on experience in golf course construction and renovation. Having grown up in the industry, he built his career in the field and understands every phase of a project from the ground up.
He remains actively involved in projects, ensuring quality work and strong relationships. Outside of work, Cole is a dedicated family man and proud father of daughters.
Mark Dean
Vice President / Project Manager
Mark Dean serves as Vice President and Project Manager at Sanders Golf, bringing years of experience with the company dating back to the early 2000s. He works closely with architects and superintendents, focused on delivering quality work and ensuring client satisfaction on every project.
Known for his accessibility and strong relationships, Mark takes pride in the company’s reputation and team culture. He is a devoted husband, father, and “Pappy,” and enjoys spending time with his family.
Crystal Trigleth
Office Manager
Crystal Trigleth oversees operations, HR, and financial management at Sanders Golf, handling contracts, payroll, audits, and daily office functions.
Known as the go-to problem solver, she keeps the company running smoothly by supporting both field and office teams. Outside of work, she’s a proud boy mom, bringing that same dedication into everything she does.
Amanda Wilson
Assistant Manager
Amanda brings a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
She plays a key role in supporting the company’s financial operations, known for her attention to detail and ability to provide clear, practical insights that support smart decision-making. Outside of work, she’s a proud dog mom.

Sam Morrow
Sam brings years of experience to Sanders Golf, building a career in the golf industry that began in 1994 before moving into construction with the company in 1999. Originally from North Carolina, he is also a veteran of the United States Navy and a graduate of Virginia Tech.
Sam takes pride in the work he helps create and enjoys getting out to play the courses the team builds, staying connected to the game that has shaped his career. He is also a dedicated family man.
Steve Adame
Steve brings extensive experience in golf course construction, beginning his career in 1983. He joined the Sanders team in 2001 after building a long-standing relationship with the family in the late 1990s.
Steve has played a key role in establishing the company’s reputation, known for his consistency, work ethic, and quality in the field. He is also a dedicated family man who takes pride in both his work and his home life.
Jordan Roberts
Jordan Roberts is a Project Manager at Sanders Golf with extensive experience in the golf industry. A Penn State graduate, he spent nine years managing turf at high-end facilities, building a strong foundation in both course maintenance and construction.
Since joining Sanders Golf in 2022, Jordan has overseen projects from start to finish, bringing a practical, field-driven approach to delivering quality golf course work.
Adam Carpenter
Adam Carpenter joined Sanders Golf in January 2025 and has quickly risen to a leadership role, taking responsibility for running job sites and managing daily operations. With a strong background in construction project management, he brings hands-on experience in budgeting, scheduling, and delivering projects from start to finish.
Adam is known for his work ethic and willingness to step up, helping keep projects moving efficiently in the field. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and family.
